Rita Sgarbossa, 98, of Chicago & Fox River Grove, IL, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2015. Loving wife of the late Domenico Sgarbossa. Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Raffaella Maffiola. Dear mother of Peter (Lois) and Joseph (Nancy) Sgarbossa and the late Emil Sgarbossa. Loving grandmother to Michael (Melissa) Sgarbossa. Great-grandmother to Kylie and Madison Sgarbossa. Cherished mother-in-law to the late Barbara Sgarbossa.
Visitation will be Friday, from 4 PM until time of service at 7:30 PM on June 19, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St., Barrington, IL. Burial will be private.
