Robert Alfred Bischoff, 64 of Oakbrook Terrace, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2024. He was born on May 27, 1960 in Neu Ulm, Germany to Heinrich and Elizabeth (nee Engelhardt) Bischoff. 

Roberts passion for Soccer started at a young age. Having played for many different teams in his younger years, he went on to play for Fremd High School and later in life he played for the Palatine Celtic Soccer Club. Robert was also very involved in the Green White Soccer Club having held many different titles within the organization. 

Along with his passion of Soccer, he enjoyed watching his son play baseball and coaching for his travel baseball team, the Elk Grove Travelers. 

Robert is survived by his son, Andrew (AJ) Bischoff; daughter, Taylor Bischoff; father, Heinrich (Maria) Bischoff; grandchildren, Augusta Jo and Andris Julian Bischoff; siblings, Karin (Christine) Bischoff and Brian (Ronda) Bischoff; and nieces and nephews, Alex, Nicole and Kevin Bischoff, Michael Olson and Lindsay Golemes.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 26 beginning at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 300 Pathway Court, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Interment will be private.
