Robert Gustav Knaack, 73, of Woodstock, was born on December 7, 1947 to the late Gustav and Edna Knaack and passed away on January 14, 2021.
Robert was the husband of Cindy of 52 years; father of Julie Knaack and Marci Knaack; brother of Richard Knaack; and uncle, cousin and friend of many. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Fred Knaack. Robert will be remembered for his love of classic cars, steam trains, and corny jokes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 23, from 10:00am until the time of his service at 11:30am at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, Crystal Lake. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate .
