Roberto Arteaga
Roberto Arteaga, 82, of Round Lake Beach passed away peacefully on March 26, 2024. He was born on July 16, 1941 in Michoacán, Mexico to the late Tovias and Maria Rosario Arteaga.
Roberto enjoyed the simple things in life, but being with his family gave him the greatest joy.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 57 years, Adelia; his children, Yolanda, Adan (Norma), Jose (Gabriela), Nancy (Eustolio), Tovias and Juan (Teresa) Arteaga; grandchildren, Jessica Ruiz-Arteaga, Lucy (Cesar) Lara, Vaneza, Julia, Victoria, Roman, Jalen, Esmerelda, Ruby, Jimmy, Dakota, Isabelle, Jaiden, Emma and Elian Arteaga; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Eleanor and Imani; and by extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by his granddaughter, Carmen Ruiz.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 3 PM until 8 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 10 AM at Santa Maria del Popolo, 116 N. Lake Street Mundelein, Illinois with a visitation starting at 9 AM until the time of Mass at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery, Libertyville.
