Roger Rolkosky

Roger R. Rolkosky, of Island Lake, passed away December 24, 2022 at the age of 80.

He was born April 24, 1942 in Chicago, the son of the late Howard and Pauline Rolkosky.

Roger was the owner of Roger’s Carpet in Chicago. He enjoyed the time he was able to spend with his family, specifically his grandchildren.

Roger is survived by his daughter, Jeannine (Bob) Kroll; and his grandchildren, Jeremy (fiancée Taylor Gruber) and Lexie (Gage Wright) Kroll.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne; and his canine companion, Brandy.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake. Burial will follow at Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
