Ryan Kraszczyk

Ryan William Kraszczyk, 19, of Huntley passed away suddenly Tuesday, March, 2, 2010. He was born October 25, 1990 in LaGrange, to Martha Sherban and Timothy Kraszczyk A 2009 graduate of Huntley High School, Ryan was currently attending McHenry County College with the hopes of becoming an English teacher. He had his poem "Just Because I?m Quiet" published in A Celebration of Young Poets Illinois/Spring 2005. Ryan loved all kinds of music. Survivors include his parents, Martha and Dan Sherban of Huntley and Timothy and Heather Kraszczyk of Huntley; sister, Tara Kraszczyk; brother, John Perkins; grandparents, George and Gloria Sherban of Poughkeepsie, NY, William and Arlene Kraszczyk of Kewaunee, WI, and Roger and Valerie Price of Huntley; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Genevieve and George Faucett; and a cousin, Lisa Doyle. The visitation will be held from 2-7pm, Saturday, March 6 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave, (Rt 176), Crystal Lake. The visitation will continue at the funeral home on Sunday, March 7 from 3pm until the funeral service at 4:30 pm. Father Scott DuVall will officiate. Burial will be private.
