Sara Melissa Patterson

Sara M Patterson, 82, of Lakewood passed away October 3, 2023. Sara was born August 13, 1941, in Decatur, IL to the late Vern and Ruth Kellar. She graduated high school in Decatur, IL, and went on to Eureka College. Sara raised a family with her husband, Jerry in Elk Grove, IL, and retired to the Lake in the Hills/Lakewood area.

Sara is survived by her children, Suzanne Cane, and David (Michele) Patterson; grandchildren, Jordan Cane, Chase Cane, JD Patterson, and Michael Patterson; and siblings, Kate (Kent) Bell. She is preceded in death by her beloved Husband, Gerald Patterson who passed June 23, 2023.
