Scott Medford, of West Dundee, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the age of 54.

He was born September 13, 1964, the son of Kenneth and Lorraine Medford.

Scott is survived by his loving wife, Carrie; children, Daniel and Abby Medford; his brother, Steven (Gwen) Medford; mother, Lorraine; niece, Emily and nephew, Alec; the Kostecki family and Skipworth family; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth.

Friends are welcome to visit with Scott’s family on Wednesday, November 14, from 4-8 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake. Visiting will continue the following day, Thursday, November 15 from 9:30 a.m. until prayers said at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Procession will follow to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, for the funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
