Sharon Kay Schulz

Sharon Kay Schulz, 75, of Wauconda, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025. She was born on July 10, 1950 in Texas County, MO.

Sharon was a lifelong follower of her Lord Jesus Christ and was a beloved member of her church. She enjoyed being an Army wife for many years. She was an avid reader, loved coffee and word searches. She loved being with her family, especially her four young grandchildren.

Sharon will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 49 years, Michael; their children Stephanie, Kathryn, and Michael (Lauren); grandchildren John, Felicity, Peter, and Gemma; her siblings Sue Fordyce, Jim Carter, Junior Ramsey, Marlene Page, Bill Ramsey, and Bob Ramsey; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Ruby Ramsey.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 9 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM at Lakeview Community Church, 24560 West Indian Trail Rd, North Barrington, IL 60010. Interment will take place on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 1 PM at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. All are invited to meet at the cemetery.
