Suryanarayanan Krishnan

Suryanarayanan Krishnan, 82, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025. He was born on November 27, 1942, at Pathai (Tirunelveli), in India to the late PV and Meenakshi Krishnan.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s college Trichy and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He started his career at Asea Brown Boveri and retired from W S Industries in Chennai.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Vasantha Hariharan, his wife of 44 years. He is survived by his brother V. Krishnan, beloved daughter Aparna Srivathsa and son-in-law Karthik Srivathsa and two grandchildren Meera and Sanjay.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 10 AM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047 with a cremation ceremony at 12 Noon.
