Tamara Howell, 74, of Crystal Lake passed away on Tuesday, April 3 in McHenry. She was born on December 12, 1937 in Minneapolis.
While working, she met James Howell and they married on September 11, 1959 in Minneapolis. Tamara worked many years at the Special Education Department of McHenry County (SEDOM).
Tamara is survived by her husband, James of Crystal Lake; her son, Barry of Algonquin; her beloved sisters, Sondra Sether of Fresno, California and Susan Hill of Mexico, Missouri; and a brother, Chris Carroll of Montgomery, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by a son, Eric Howell.
Services for Tamara are private.
