Theodore "Ted" De Rose

Theodore De Rose (“Ted”, “Teddy”), aged 74, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2022. Ted was born on July 23, 1948, in Chicago, IL.

He is survived by his wife of nineteen years Patricia “Trish”, daughters Deanna and Angela (Bill), his brother Tom (Carolyn), sisters-in-law Karla and Debbie (Todd), and grandchildren Zackary, Caitlin, Anthony, Andrew and Archer. He was a cherished uncle to Wayne, Brenda (Thomas), Michael, Michelle (Derek), Steven (Cassie), Brian (Jessica) and many great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Bernice and his brother Anthony.

Ted had a BIG heart and was loved by everyone. He was a loving and supportive husband, father, grandfather and friend. Ted was extremely generous and loyal. His family and friends meant everything to him! He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, 6 until 9 PM with a funeral service at 7:30 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL. Burial will be private at a later date.
