Vivian L. Milo-Buick, 90, of Crystal Lake formerly of Chicago, passed away on January 20, 2021. She was born in Chicago on July 7, 1930 to August and Mary (nee Norbert) Koubek.
Vivian leaves behind four children, Tim (Dawn) Milo, Kathy (Fred) Christiansen, David (Yida) Milo, and Bob Milo; grandchildren, Allison (Chris) Riley, James Flores, Christopher Milo and Andy (Chrissy) Christiansen; Ian and Matthew Riley and Vincent and Dominick Milo; and sister, Mary Jane (Carl) Malone.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick Buick and her grandson, Michael Flores.
For 23 years, Vivian worked for the City of Chicago as a 311 supervisor. Her love and passion was to rescue animals. She took in animals that needed a home and showered them with unconditional love.
A time of visitation will be held from 10 am until the time of a service at 12 noon on Saturday, January 23rd, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights.
