Wayne Richard Rempert

Wayne Richard Rempert, of Crystal Lake, passed away November 20, 2022 at the age of 81.

He was born August 2, 1941 in Cicero, the son of the late Richard and Mary (nee Gralin) Rempert.

Wayne was an avid fisherman, enjoyed golfing, and loved all sports. Above all he loved spending time with family and friends.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Ellen; his children, Charity (Dan) Daum and Jason (Karla) Rempert; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Ashley (Liam), and Jack and Collin; and his brothers, Richard (Margo), Terry (Mary), and Dale (Sharon).

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake. Interment will be private.
