Wendy Schwan

Born July 30, 1959 in Chicago to Allen and Sue (nee Schrock) Deithloff, Wendy passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016.
Wendy was known to spend her time in her garden, volunteering with Crystal Valley Church and the local food pantry. Mostly, Wendy’s love language was cooking for others and she will be fondly remembered as a wonderfully considerate and helpful woman.
In addition to her loving husband of 36 years, Howard W. Schwan, she is survived by her 3 adored sons, Jonathan, Justin and Michael; her mother, Sue; and her siblings, Denise, Sue, Linda, Ray, and Carl.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Friends may visit with Wendy’s family on Saturday, September 3 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12noon at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rte. 176) Crystal Lake.
