William "Bill" Gordon

Bill passed away peacefully August 26, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born June 6, 1945 in Chicago to Thomas and Alice Gordon.

Bill is survived by his wife of 26 years, Hong; son, Alexander Gordon; brothers, Thomas (Joan) Gordon, John "Jack" Gordon, and Brian (Jean) Gordon; father in law, Nam Truong; siblings-in-law, Chris Gordon, Karen Gordon, Binh (Cuong) Ngu, Hung (Yen) Truong, Ha (Quang) Nguyen, Long (Van) Truong, Van (Son) Tran, Dung (Tram) Truong, Tuyet (Bang) Dang, and Cuong (Truc) Truong; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Dennis and James Gordon.

Visitation will  begin at 10am until the memorial service at 12pm on Thursday September 1st at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Crystal Lake or Cary Food Pantry; Senior Services Associates, 3519 Richmond Road, McHenry IL 60051; or to Chua Phât Bào Buddhist Temple.
