Charmaine Ann Rodelli White

Charmaine Rodelli White passed peacefully on April 3, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born February 4, 1943 to parents John and Mary.

Charmaine grew up in Chicago surrounded by her large extended family.  As a child, she established a long time relationship with the Sisters of St. Joseph attending boarding school starting in 3rd grade through high school at Nazareth in LaGrange.  After high school, she attended Mundelein College.  She left college to start her family and raised two daughters in Rolling Meadows, IL. 25 years later, she returned to Mundelein and finished her degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant.  Charmaine had a long professional career doing something she loved.

In 2016 and after 54 years, she reconnected with her high school sweetheart, John, and in December 2018, they were married.

Charmaine was a strong woman who always put her family first.  She loved time spent with a large group of family whether it was a Christmas dinner or her renowned 4th of July parties.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, John E. White, Jr.; her children, Cindy (Joe) Burke of Pingree Grove and Michele (Tom) Mercure of McHenry; step children,  the late John E. (Christine) White III, of Brookfield, WI, Amy (Alan) Theim of Kinnelon, NJ, Matthew White of Bay View, WI and Aaron (Tamsyn) of Norfolk, VA; grandchildren, Autumn, Nicole and Michael Mercure, Nathaniel Burke, Christian White, Emily Theim, Samantha White, Andrew Theim, Alexander and Ellie White; and great grandchild, Leighayla Mercure; and brother, John R. (Valerie) Rodelli.

A memorial service will be held when we are all able to gather together again.
