Darlene Blanche Weger nee (Seidl) of Lakewood, IL passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2023 whilst battling breast cancer.
Darlene was born April 4, 1944 to Stanley & Esther (nee Lunell) Seidl in Chicago, IL. Sister to Georgene (nee Seidl) Wiesneth and her pre-deceased husband James(1947-2023), pre-deceased Ronald Seidl (brother) and his wife Caroline, pre deceased sister Linda Seidl(1962-2021).
Darlene graduated High School in 1962 and started her family as a homemaker with her former spouse who pre-deceased her on 8/2/2020 Aristotle Stavropoulos and their 3 Children, Lisa (nee Stavropoulos) Miller, David Stavropoulos and Steven Stavropoulos. Darlene adored her 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren to Lisa and Dan Miller, grandson Donald (Sara) Miller and great-grand child Olivia, granddaughter Bethany, nee Miller (Brian)Radke and two great grandchildren, Emma and Henry, Brittany, nee Miller (Patrick) Evanson and two great grandchildren, Madilyn and Hadley. David (Tara) Stavropoulos and three grandchildren, Marissa, Kira and Maia. Steven (Jacinta) Stavropoulos and granddaughter, Lydia. Darlene furthered her family with former spouse Thomas John Weger and 2 sons, Thomas and Bradley. Thomas Weger and Lindsey(Parotti), their two daughters, Lyla and Luna and granddaughter Sophia. Bradley and Alecia Weger and two granddaughters Charlotte and Savannah.
Darlene succeeded in sales, real estate and home business in her years raising her children, traveling and enjoying her large, beautiful family. She was avid in yard word, keeping a tidy home and enjoying her pets most notably, her dog Muffin. She loved her family enormously and her great presence will be missed by her large legacy of family.
