Donald F. Novak

Donald F. Novak, 71, of Barrington, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2021. He was born on August 24, 1949 in Chicago to Frank and Stella Novak.

Donald was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and retired electrical engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration. He was a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, participated in the SETI Project and dedicated almost 20 years of service to the American people in different capacities.

Donald will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Regina; children, Christina, Stephanie and Amanda Novak and Anthony Mladic; sisters, Janet and David Evans, Dianne and Richard Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial mass will be held Friday, March 26 at 10 AM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047.Memorial visitation will follow from 11 AM until 12:30 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
