Kimberly L. (Vallecorse) Ellison-Vallecorse

Kimberly L. Ellison-Vallecorse, 38, of Crystal Lake passed away Wednesday morning, October 30, 2019.   She was the cherished daughter of William and Cheryl Vallecorse, born in Buffalo, NY on April 7, 1981.

Kim graduated from Prairie Ridge High School class of 1999 and then enlisted with the US Marines.  After her service, she attended and graduated from MCC.

She volunteered as a soccer coach, was very active in her daughter’s school, and participated and did fundraising for the MS Walk, just to name a few.   Kim was always ready to help wherever she was needed.  She had a heart of gold and will be missed by all who knew her.

Kim leaves behind her loving husband, Neil Ellison; two beautiful daughters, Lillian and Alexis; adoring parents, William and Cheryl Vallecorse; dear brother, Jeffrey Vallecorse and his daughter, Brooklyn; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Cheryl Ellison; sister-in-law, Renee (John) Kirkpatrick and their children, Mya and Aidan; brother-in-law, Donald (Jill) Ellison and their children, Isabelle and Logan; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James and Emma Vallecorse and maternal grandparents, Carl and Doris Halper.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, from 4 until the time of a service with military honors at 7:30pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Rte.176), Crystal Lake.
