Victoria "Vikki" (Prince) Merchant

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vikki Merchant on April 2, 2020.  Vikki was born in Pittsburgh on September 30, 1964 to Ross and Carol Prince.  Growing up in Barrington, she fell in love with the community always finding a way back, eventually raising her three children Ross Merchant, Ian Merchant and Grace Merchant with her husband Dan Merchant.

With a never-ending smile and kind words, Vikki was eager to provide support, guidance and encouragement to everyone she met.  However, her first passion was her family as a “foundation” and “best friend” to her adult sons, “girl power twin” and “coach” to her young daughter and finally “sole mate” and “best friend” to her husband.

Vikki actively worked to improve the lives of others as a Deacon at the Community Church of Barrington, involvement with and donations to local charities as well as deep involvement with inclusion and diversity programs within Slalom Consulting where she worked for more than 10 years.
